PRECAUTIONS FOR DELIVERY

Delivery time is not guaranteed. We will try to deliver within your preferred date.
The delivery company will send you estimated time of arrival and the link for trucking your order via SMS and email the day (usually afternoon) before your delivery date.
The delivery company will contact you if they cannot deliver to your preferred date as it may be affected due to traffic, weather, etc.
If you are not present at the delivery address and time, The delivery company will arrange the delivery again but you need to pay an extra fee of $15. * $20 for Newcastle and Wollongong, *25 for Central Coast.
The cut off time for next day delivery is 2:00pm, Tuesday delivery is Sunday 2:00pm
Delivery time: Unfortunately time frames are not available. It will depend on how many deliveries a driver has for all customers. The ETA will be determined the night prior and customers will be notified by SMS of the approximate delivery time then.

If the item(s) you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as we described them, please send email to info.gumshara@gmail.com, then you’ll get a full refund for that item.
